Homes in Italy · rent-to-own

Find a home you can rent now and work toward owning.

Yortana makes rent-to-own a practical route to home ownership: browse eligible homes, book a viewing, and negotiate clear terms with the agency or verified owner in one place.

For buyers

The mortgage can wait. Your home can’t.

Move in now, buy later. Every listing shows the monthly payment, any upfront amount, and how much may count toward the price.

For sellers

Sell sooner. On your terms.

Reach buyers who are ready to move in today but need time to buy. You set the payment and purchase terms, and approve what your agency proposes.

For agencies

Let the parties negotiate. You keep control.

Offers and counteroffers between buyers and owners run in one flow, and you follow every step from your agency workspace, with the whole portfolio in one place.

For developers

Sell your project before the first brick (almost)

List a whole project’s units on rent-to-own terms, line up buyers early, and follow every negotiation on the record.

    How it works

Clear terms matter more than labels

“Rent-to-own” can describe different legal arrangements. The purchase price may be fixed or calculated under the agreement. An upfront payment may apply, and financing may still be needed for the eventual purchase. A contract should state whether buying is a right or an obligation, which payments—if any—are credited toward the price, what happens after a missed payment, and how either party may exit. Yortana helps participants prepare and record a negotiation; it does not replace independent legal, tax, financial, or notarial advice.

  1. Is buying a right or an obligation?

The contract should state whether you may buy the home at the end, or must.

  2. How is the price set?

The purchase price may be fixed from the start or calculated later under the agreement.

  3. Which payments count?

Check which payments, if any, are credited toward the price, and whether an upfront amount applies.

  4. What if a payment is missed?

The agreement should say what happens after a missed payment.

  5. How can either side exit?

Look for how the buyer and the owner can each leave the agreement.

  6. Will you still need financing?

Financing may still be needed for the eventual purchase. Independent legal, tax, financial, and notarial advice still matters.

Owners stay part of the process

Owners represented by an agency remain part of the process. The agency prepares the listing and proposed terms, the verified owner records approval, and Yortana may review initial-cohort listings before publication. Read the represented-owner guide for responsibilities and checkpoints.
